Damaged or Defective Items
If your DOGGIE DON’T™ Device arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@thedoggiedontdevice.com within 2 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

Once your return is received with all original packaging and both lithium batteries included, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

- Pack the device securely in its original packaging, including both lithium batteries.
- Include a note with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
- Ship the package and retain a tracking number for reference.
